Who will pay the return shipping cost?
A. If the return reason is getting defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will pay the return shipping cost.
B. If the return reason is that you regret buying the items, then you will have to pay the return shipping cost.
How to make a return?
1. If you are ready to return the product, please send us an email, or contact us through the front desk chat window.
2. In the email, you should tell us your order number and return reason.
3. And we will tell you the return address via email.
4. Send the products back to our warehouse.

Refund Policy
Will you get a full refund?
If we agree to return the items, you will get a full refund within 3-5 business days from the day we get your return. However, if you need a replacement, you won't get any refund.
When will you get a refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days from the day we get your returns.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. Order cancellation does not require any liquidated damages.
But we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
A Few Things to Note
- All returned products must be unwashed in their original condition with product tags attached.
- Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they won't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status.
Our customer service team will contact you via email or front desk chat window. Once your return or cancellation order is approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund to your credit card or original payment method within two business days.
Late or Missing Refund
We initiate your refund immediately upon the approval of your request for a refund. You will typically receive your refund within 3-5 business days from the day we get your return.
